Chris Richards has been involved in the overseas property market for upwards of 7 years, pioneering markets such as Romania and Bulgaria. With a background in business processes Chris believes that clients should receive the utmost in professional care when purchasing a property overseas. Chris led the formation of Overseas Property Centres and demands a Straightforward, personal and safe approach to everything the company does.
Chris Metalle with a background in finance is responsible for our Trusted Developer program and our relationship that both we and you forge with the seller and/or developer. His and his team's aim is to be with you every step of the way.
Jake Holloway is our Online Services Director and responsible for the web team (which includes Darko, Jane, Anou, Jennie, Jenny and Chinna). Since the web site launch in May 2007, our web site has grown to over 5000 developments, individual properties, stand alone properties (which covers about 20,000 property units for sale and nearly 1000 articles about buying property, living locally and investment.
