If you have a project that needs investors then our experienced team based in Worcestershire and Kent may be able to find the backing you need.

OPC Investments has an extensive database of potential investors who are generally looking for potentially safe investments that offer higher returns than can be obtained from the High Street. Higher risk investments will also be considered if the returns warrant the risks; our team will make a full assessment free of charge of your project and suggest the best route for raising your funding.

 

Types of Investment Projects

 

We are particularly interested in projects which have a measure of security such as property or asset based, with defined revenue streams and exit strategies over a period of 12 to 24 months. Ideally your investment project can either offer a capital return at completion or a revenue return to investors throughout its lifespan.

 

We are open minded and are prepared to look all types of investments and projects, however, if it is funding for a start up business that you require whilst we have succeeded in raising this type of angel financing we are not, nor is our database, venture capital companies and therefore we are most likely to refer you specialist in this area if we can.

The team at OPC Investments, based in both Worcestershire and Kent, have 20 years plus combined experience of evaluating and raising funds for a wide variety investments and investment projects, including new businesses, property and revenue return based schemes.

  • An introductory paragraph that summarises the project or investment
  • A short section stating the amount of investment required and the projected returns to investors and the exit strategy.
  • A short section ideally answering the questions, why this project, why now and why you.
  • Finally some background to the management or individuals behind the project or investment
